Click the text box icon, and then click Text Box. Click the Shape Options tab if it isn't already selected. On the Shape Format tab, click Format Pane. Click the outer edge of the text box to select it. Bottom Align - aligns the contents to the bottom of the cell (the default one). You can align all the text in a text box with the top, middle, or bottom of the text box. Middle Align - centers the contents between the top and bottom of the cell. Select Home > Orientation, and then select an option. If you want to change the way data appears in a cell, you can rotate the font angle, or change the text alignment.
